This list might be useful for folks who want to sit in the U.S. (If you don’t want to sit in the U.S., please scroll on by. This is not meant to start a discussion about folks who are opting to not sit in the U.S.)
I’ve been to a bunch of these places and have found them actually charming.

Too bad people in other countries can’t access it. I did a quick read and it’s a great list. Somehow, I’ve only been to a few places on the list. I’m going back to Montpelier, Vermont for a third sit in Sept, beautiful small town! I will check out a couple others such as Bar Harbor on that trip as well since I’ll be heading from VT up to Nova Scotia (fall road trip!).
