How interesting ![]()
Maybe include a link please?
Would NOT touch that first one atm with a 40ft pole!
Very interesting. I know a THS sitter, who I will not name, who applied for a job and THS never even had the decency to acknowledge the application…..
Haha, difficult ![]()
I believe this is the new normal with many HR departments, well I’m hearing this same story repeatedly.
Watch the Australian series “Utopia” if you can. Ros from HR has me laughing and shaking my head at the same time. Glad to be retired ![]()
False advertising, surely. as we can all clearly see they don’t DO P.R.
They wouldn’t have a clue how to
Maybe that’s why they need someone
TrustedHousesitters there are loads of vacancies. Shame they cant spend some of the wages on sorting the glitchy af app out!
I would love to do that PR one but sadly not enough corporate experience. I am assuming its a new role based on the sh*tshow we have experienced up to now!!
Lord; the language / corporate-speak in those job descriptions gave me a headache.
I hope that some day companies re-learn that offering a helpful, useful product along with a genuine concern for customers’ experience & employees’ well-being is what makes a successful & profitable venture — for the long term.
I also hope that someday the focus will return to longevity & stability, vs “move fast, break things” & “make money fast, sell my stock, & get out before it goes BOOM.”
I didn’t read the ads but the headlines make my mind boggle and wonder what THS are really talking about “Growth Strategist (Experimentation & Virality)” ![]()
Huge salaries! Guess that’s where the new booking charges will be helping
The last time I saw a vacancy ad the staff member, friends and family also got free dual Premium Memberships (homeowner and sitter). We are subsidising that as well. No booking fees for them (for now at least).
Not huge…. I have a friend who is Head of Communications on a lot more than this…. I sent the Ad to her just out of interest and she guffawed at the salary.
Depends where she is head of communications I guess!
