come on, stop THS, str padding Tech things that are too high tech for your level of expertise. You’re destroying your products (and your customer’s patience)

Is this verification check coming up when you are applying for a sit ?
I’ve seen it’s use being discussed recently on the forum but I haven’t experienced it myself yet .
We applied for a sit four days ago and went through the process of confirming the sit but at no time did we get a verification check pop up . We used the app on our phone so I wonder if it’s just comes up on the web page .

no I’m just browsing! I’m looking for my review that was supposed to appear this morning, and I just got directed to a system verification page.
I never saw this verification before, and don’t mind it, just would love for it to work and let me go fwd with my browsing, which in itself, isn’t erratic or suspicious, as I’m checking multiple tabs (on lap top) that a regular user would check,…regularly haha. We’re talking, find a sit, your profile, community forum, etc.

I mostly wanted to know if anyone had failed the test among forum members before alerting anyone.

Just a thought - Have you tried logging out of THS completely - clearing the open pages and then logging back in ? Sometimes that’s all that is needed to reset.
I ended up just opening a private window and re-logging, but I guess I’ll just have to practice getting better at system tests if it happens again

I got this last week when I opened a second window when logged on and browsing listings I was interested in. It asked me to verify I was a human before it showed the listing details. Not had it since though.

same: I do open a few windows, so it might be that, that triggers an alert.
They might be testing these so-called improvements again. It’s beyond my imagination why they don’t use a sandbox environment for that instead of going live when they are clearly not ready for it.
p.s. Companies typically warn their customers in advance about potential interruptions due to testing. Why not THS?

I believe they don’t have one but I’m happy to be proven wrong.
