Hi everyone! Since February I’ve been hosting the [THS Community Video Call](https://forum.trustedhousesitters.com/t/would-anyone-like-to-join-an-online-meetup-group-for-solo-housesitters/63267/162) once per month. Thank you to those who joined todays call, it was great to see some new faces and reconnect with others 🙂 I wanted to create a new topic for upcoming calls. Hi, I did send a message regarding this, if the one I think it is a couple of weeks back. Had a reply asking for my email address, which I sent. It bounced back a couple of times but then I thought message had gone through? . I never heard anything back regarding how to make the zoom call though? I did manage the zoom calls a couple of times when Vanessa did them. It would always be helpful if a reminder posted her a couple of days beforehand and also if the zoom information could be put here, as I never received it. Thank you. ---

Hey @Mark_B - I didn’t see that option yesterday - turns out, it takes 24 hours before a new user is able to see the “Message” button, just FYI. I figured that was the case, so I waited til this morning, and it was available. I’m a software tester, stuff like this happens often! Just wanted to let you know of the restriction, thanks for your help! ---

Sure @han-gi , To send a direct message (DM), click on the icon with a picture or initial beside the member’s username, then click on the green Message box on the upper right. A text box will open. Write your message there, then click _Send message_ and it will be sent privately to the member.
