THS won't remove users who violate policy, lie, and abuse the system

I’ve reported 2 owners who blatantly lied and/or violated policy or guidelines to the detriment of the entire community, and THS did nothing about it. Even when I had proof.
Including one owner who used indoor cameras to spy on us and I had proof of that too. As retaliation for covering up the camera (when we discovered it), they lied about us in review, which was easily provable by our text messages.

This is not okay and I would like there to be some recourse. THS is not really providing the services and reassurances they claim.

When I reported a HO for blatantly violating THS policies, I was told to mention it in the review. That’s all the help I got.

I’ve had a look and can see that you contacted us in November 2024 to raise some concerns about members, and I can see that we did take action, and we emailed you back to confirm the actions that were taken and the rationale behind those decisions. We reiterated specific actions relating to one of the members in the email we sent yesterday.

As confirmed by the agent you spoke with yesterday, the steps taken by our team mean that the members have been flagged, and where appropriate, we have ensured that they are adhering to our policies.
