Trying to Verify my account

I have been trying to complete my criminal back ground check so that my profile can go live for the past couple of weeks and it doesn’t allow me to change the settings in order to add my Canadian passport for the background check.

Is this something that you can change in the settings?

Looking for support so I can get my profile live

I dont know the answer but as no-one else has replied, I’m tagging @Jenny as hopefully she can get membership support services on the case for you.

@kokocares Just some observations on my part, but no resolution (sorry). I notice it shows criminal background check but you mention a Canadian passport. Where are you currently located - USA (where criminal background checks are required) or Canada (where I think they have never been required). Anyway, I’m wondering if there’s a disconnect between countries that’s causing the issue.

I think @Snowbird is right. Can you restart the process and use a Canadian address to go with your Canadian passport? If you can’t, you will definitely need support. It’s probably better to wait for @Jenny or other @moderator to pass the issue to support team as it has been repeatedly reported that support is ignoring some people’s direct contact .

When I applied in February, I only got past the glitchy-ness by opening the link from my phone’s native text messaging system. Not sure you and I have/had the same glitch though.

Has this been resolved @kokocares ?
