When I see a sit on the main site, I can’t access the details. If I click on it, I get a message which says 'We’ve found tennis balls, socks, and some old treats, but we can’t sniff out the page you’re looking for.’
I can’t find anything in the help section - it just throws up unhelpful topics. It’s been going on for a few days now. Has anyone else experienced this? I know I can use the app, but sometimes I just prefer a bigger screen and a proper keyboard.
Usually if you - clear the cache/uninstall and reinstall the app/restart the phone (if using) or just update the app, one or all of these fixes the problem. Happens often.
