I think I’d reply to each host review listing the minor details without any commentary.
Example:
When I enquired as to why the host docked stars for cleanliness these were the reasons given privately: xyz
This was disappointing.
ive taken this advice and it seems to have helped with alignment. I feel more at ease knowing they arent so uptight with the small things in their home and appreciated what I was saying so thanks!
