I have been using Trusted Housesitters for a couple of years now…never needed the forum and only just found it!
I need to update my listing as we have done some work on the house, but when I try and delete photos to replace them, it says hit ‘save’ to do so…but on the app and on the laptop I cannot scroll down to save - the ‘update changes’ box seems to be stopping me scrolling down any further…I need some help please!
Sometimes altering orientation of the screen reveals additional tabs, I use this tip when doing stuff on my mobile phone. Hope this helps. Also I’ve found I need to delete photos then Save, and save profile, I then come out of the page and back in again to add new photos now that the app/website has registered that there’s space for more photos. I’m a sitter so not sure if it’s a similar process for HOs.
Somehow on the App I have updated my listing with a new photo! No idea how it happened but it did!
