Welcome File before sitter accepts

Have chatted with a sitter this morning who seems a great fit, I want to send her the Welcome File before she commits but cannot work out how to do this!
Is it possible to do or does she have to accept first??

Hi @Jo27, the Welcome Guide can only be shared once the sit is confirmed. If you had it as a PDF file, you would be able to email it to that applicant’s private email address.
