I keep losing content from my Welcome Guide. Why is this happening? All my photos are suddenly gone. I have tried to print it but the formatting gets messed up so that doesn’t work either. How does owners manage this ?

In the past, I’ve lost content on the THS platform when adding emojis or symbols. Are you using any emojis or symbols?
We do not use the THS welcome guide. We prefer to use a Word document. It is much easier to print and to keep up to date.
@MFHolmes, in case helpful then we’d estimate that one-third of our pet parents have used THS Welcome Guide. Mostly newbie pet parents or limited tech people. Majority of pet parents, for one reason or another, use a MS Word or equivalent document.
