What are you watching?

Thank you @Landbiscuit … I binge watched over the weekend and it’s brilliant, I loved it. Also the soundtrack is very fitting too, and I love the opening credits! :slightly_smiling_face:

I started to watch series 4 of (banned word) S*x Education on netflix. One of the scenes in the first episode made me laugh more than I have laughed for ages while watching a TV show. It was absolutely hilarious  :joy:

I might go back and watch the whole series from the start. Really good cast including Gillian Anderson, Asa Butterfield, Emma Mackey (she was great as Emily Bronte in a recent film titled Emily), Ncuti Gatwa (the next Doctor Who) and Aimee Lou Wood (who was very good in Living, a movie starring Bill Nighy)

I am surprised nobody has mentioned the Black Mirror series. I really enjoyed watching the latest season although it wasn’t as good as some of the older ones.
Each episode typically presents a standalone story that examines various aspects of technology, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, social media, and surveillance, and how they can impact individuals and society as a whole. Some appreciate its unique and unsettling take on technology and its potential impact on society, while others find it too bleak or disturbing

I love Black Mirror! Yes, the last season was pretty good. The AI episode with Salma Hayek and Annie Murphy. :ok_hand:t3:

Also a really good show. I haven’t watched the new season yet, I’ve been too busy reading a book instead  but it’s in my queue.

I listen (daily), to scambaiters who waste the time of scammers. The baits can go on for hours and baiters use a multitude of different characters, primarily elderly folk who the scammers often target. Although the streams are funny, they’re also educational and if it stops just one person from being scammed then that’s great. This baiter, Kitboga is one of the best and most entertaining. He also has a podcast show called Scamcast.

@cat.tails I didn’t know there was a season 4 now! Thank you for mentioning it and I will check it out and agree I found the series very funny.

Thank you @Samox24 for the Wilderness recommendations on here as I have just finished that as well. Jenna Coleman is great - not a comedy so very in contrast the the above.
I think I can just get most of my watching recommendations from this thread now

@Kelly_U @Samox24 @Debbie-L I’m behind, but just letting you know I finally watched Season 3 of Ted Lasso. Yes, I enjoyed the ending. And there were some standout episodes this season, too.

The Lady in the Van

With Maggie Smith

A mostly true story
