I would like colored flags to mark listings. We have the “purple heart” but no way of marking “read,” “maybe” or “no way.”

I had a sit last Dec in Arkansas and was plesantly surprised. I was on my way cross country and took the sit for a break. The community had these HOA centers with pools, (outdoor and indoor) hot tubs, saunas, exercise areas, library. The HOs arranged passes for me. I think there was 5 golf courses. And lakes. Didn’t see a beach, but it was December. I did walk down and back.
- It would be great if, as a pet sitter, you could make requests to sit in certain areas. I know you can set preferences, but I wish we could enter specific dates, the length of stay, and add more details. Then people who typically need a pet sitter in that area could get a notification and take advantage of it.
- I know the site is more focused on pet sits, but I think it would be great to lean more into people who just want their house watched. For example, someone could list a 2–3 week stay and include things like lawn mowing, taking care of plants, watering the yard, and other house-care details.
I know you can already list your house without pets, but I think if it were more detailed and aimed more toward house sitting, more people looking for someone to watch over their home would use it.
