I’ll be having friends over to my sit in the New Forest for a looooong NYE lunch before they head off for an early night - when I met the HOs, who are only about 30 mins from my home, they insisted I have friends over. Very thoughtful of them 🎇 🍾 🎆 ---

Staying at home on the terrace with a pup, watching fireworks set off from a nearby hillside Church and beachfront, Altea, Spain. ☺ Happy new year! ![Screenshot_20241228-101836_Google](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/trustedhousesitters/original/3X/8/0/80e7250180679395436898c11be5c2a721258bb8.jpeg) ---

HSH (a.k.a Home Sweet Home) for me, a quiet evening and in bed early. After 30 odd years in the restaurant business, when I saw many a midnight, I now relish a quiet NYE. ---
