Hey all, does anyone know what happened to the average rating score for listings? It’s still featured on member profiles who are housesitters, but not on hosts. It seems to have vanished…
Well, yikes…I sure hope that’s a bug and not a new “feature.”

I have never seen an overall rating for hosts . I joined in 2023 . I would like to see it .
All that I have been able to see since I joined is the individual reviews for hosts .

As far as I know only sitter profiles show an overall average. Can’t remember ever seeing it for homeowners - just individual reviews.

Seem to remember seeing both. @Mark_B Is it due to an error/temporary glitch that the overall rating for hosts isn’t visible?

Could you send me a screenshot of the screen where you’d expect to see them?
Also;
- Which device are you using e.g. mobile, tablet, laptop etc
- Make & model of device?
- Are you using the THS app or website?
I’m pretty sure @Silversitters is correct, but i’m double checking as I’m questioning myself now. 
I’m using Android, and the issue occurs on both desktop and the app.
When searching for housesitters, each profile displays the overall average rating before opening the profile. However, when searching for houses to sit, no overall rating is displayed, even for listings with multiple reviews.
Like @Silversitters and @Twitcher, that feature has never been available to sitters.

Average rating per sit of pet parents is not shown. As far as I’m aware, this has never been the case - Individual reviews are available.

@Mark_B Thank you for clarifying. May I ask the reason behind this? Additionally, how does this affect members who are considering a combined membership?

In what way do you think this will have an effect on a combined membership @buttercup? I’ve been a combined member since 2016 and it hasn’t affected me by getting sitters where there’s no average rating for homeowners.
I mean technically, not individually, as experiences or preferences naturally vary from one member to another
