We have just completed a wonderful sit and when writing up the review, there was no ‘Pet Behavior’ category to give stars. I searched the Help Centre but came up empty handed. Is this an anomaly? That is an important category! ---

This issue / glitch was reported by @MaggieUU 12 days ago . Nope. AND on the homewners’ review, there is no “Happy Pets" category. Both of these categories are (should be) the foundation of this platform. Interesting…🤔 ---

Thank you for tagging me on this @Silversitters . I had the same issue @lonnajp64 . So this no longer appears to be a one-off. I didn’t think it could just be my imagination. I double checked the homeowner’s listing and it definitely includes a dog. ---

@lonnajp64 check this location: go into your past sits and see if the pet icons are showing.for the sit in question ---

I just checked my past sits, and the pet behavior category is still there. I did learn, however, that my past sits show up on the website, but not the app. ---

It’s likely there on the app too. When you look at your sits section, you will immediately see confirmed and open applications but will need to swipe left for the past sits. ---

The review we got and the review we left are missing the “pet“ category. The past sit showed a sit without pets, the listing shows the pets. Something is wrong here. @Sam_F can you please ask customer service to look into it? Thank you! ---

As of April 15, 2026 this problem still exists as I experienced it not only as a sitter but also as a homeowner receiving a review. I contacted the support folks via email and they fixed it for me within a couple of days after explaining the situation. Here was my post in the forum FYI, if you care to read more about it. This issue seems specific to using the app, I did not have the problem on my regular desktop computer. Yep, still not resolved. It’s quite ridiculous this hasn’t been fixed yet, it’s the entire point of the platform for others to know how good you take care of the pets, lol ---

Hi @tokyokid As the fix isn’t retrospective, we won’t be asking members to update impacted reviews. Therefore the ‘pet behaviour’ element will not be available for those reviews. ---
