I was wondering is the ‘Last min’ tag added to a listing automatically or is that done by the home host/THS?
I noticed a listing this morning due to start Feb 22 with the ‘last min’ tag - is this a glitch or an over-anxious home host?
My understanding is that it is applied automatically to a listing that is still unfilled 7 days before the sit begins. Could it be that the owner has another date listed as well as the February dates? I’ve just done a quick search of all sits available in next 7 days and none show outside the November dates on the desktop, but several have multiple dates.

Ahh - sorry, yes - that is the case. Mystery solved
