Who's on a house sit now? How's it going?

Hmm I think she likes me
Maybe a wee too much :rofl:

Cuddled up on the couch doing some late-night laptop work with a trusty pup acting as leg-warmer… This morning we went out to the beach that’s only a block away, started my day with my toes in the ocean. This is just the best. I really feel like we’re living the dream :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I am on my first sit since having hip surgery.

I am looking after this adorable Cavachon pup named Benji. He is my kind of pup—loves to walk and playtime. Also, it did not take him long to find my lap. :sweat_smile:

I had so much missed going out on sits. This feels like a breath of fresh air --and like someone gave me a big hug. :hugs:

@Newpetlover We have sat for lots of labradors and they have all been wonderfully good natured! If you are concerned about over-enthusiasm or pulling etc then avoid young males! We had a couple of 1 year old males that were quite attention seeking & strong. The best labs we had were a couple of sister labs around 8 years old!
We also once sat for 2 Vizlars (3 times in the same summer season we were touring UK!) One of them was great & the other was a nightmare- absolutely exhausting!
I don’t think we’ll sit Vizlars again but labs? Always! :star_struck:

@sharondc Oh he is gorgeous!!!

He certainly is!

Just to see the joy and excitement in his face of what the day would bring, makes me smile and warms my grateful heart. :heart:

Thank you! :pray:

@botvot I found your review (I recognised your picture from here!) and tried to open your profile but its coming up as inactive…are you taking a break from sitting? Or is that an error?

@Lokstar taking a break. Was sitting in Australia the last 3-4 months and used the Aussie site.

Sorry to hear of your bruises. I tripped on a sidewalk crack when I was in Plymouth and boo booed my knee pretty bad, so i feel your pain. A nice couple helped me up. Then 2 weeks ago coming out of my chiropractor ( here at home) i tripped again same knee. Crazy! Anyway, i hope you heal up well.
