I have a question regarding adjusting the total score on Trusted Housesitters. Apparently, there was a mistake in a review we received. The text and the five subcategories all show a 5-star rating, but our homeowner accidentally gave only one star as the overall rating.
Can the total score be adjusted by the Trusted Housesitters team? Do the homeowners need to contact Trusted Housesitters directly for this?

Yes they will correct the rating. This happened to me last month and the host connected with someone through chat and it was fixed pretty quickly. That is probably the faster option than emailing
Yes, it happens frequently. Ask the owner to email membership services and you do it too. They will usually change it because they can see it’s an error.
