It would be nice to have a link to open the “The Trusted Times | Your Monthly Newsletter” in a webpage. As it is, it comes up with ? mark links to all the images and links within.

So far, I haven’t seen any other reports of this in the forum. Which make/model of device are you using?
I’ve had a look at my trusted times email, received yesterday afternoon (Wed 24th Sept). When I looked on my iPhone SE, the pictures are visible.
It seems a problem on both my Mac and iPhone. It seems the only messages with the issue. It was initially delivered to Junk so maybe the images were stripped out due to security concerns. We can see if future messages have the same issue. There are links that show up on the iPhone but clicking them just delivers me to the home page of your website.
@Mark_B Not to do with this problem but I noticed when reading the Forum roundup in the Trusted Times that two sitter members were actually referred to as ‘she’ when, in fact, they are both ‘he’. A pity this wasn’t checked properly instead of being assumed perhaps.

But can we really know on forum? I’ve seen users referred to as “the other” gender here on forum and that the member seemed to ignore commenting the error. The beauty of the forum community is that one can choose to be anonymous. What better cover than to be assumed with the other gender? 
Regarding the OP - I have same brand phone and no issues with photos when I got the newsletter. The Junk mail-explanation might be it. Could consider to change the settings for the sender to non-junk for the future.
