Can’t rejoin with the link, it won’t give me the discount, even though it says it’s a link from my friend, it wants a code.

They told me that if I used a referral discount I would not get my profile and reviews back as I would be signing up instead of reactivating my account.

Haven’t they offered a discount to rejoin?
I got premium for the price of basic after I let my account expire. It was shortly after expiring, perhaps 10 days or so.
