Great! I love that there will be one more ‘housesit only’ added to the mix, as I look for these myself. I agree with the other comments about making sure that you clarify, in the title and intro, that there will be no pets to sit. Sometimes HOs leave the dog or cat part in the title even though it’s not part of the sit and that gets confusing, as well as gets the post skipped by those not interested in pet sitting. congrats! I’ll keep my eyes open for it. 
We have just finished a sit without a pet. -Very sadly the dog died just before the sit. The owners still wanted us to come and water the garden ,( no small task in this weather), as well as be at the house for maintenance people. House owners were very grateful but I did feel a bit guilty as we always look after pets as well.
@Home nothing to feel guilty about, gardens and home are important too, it would have given the host peace of mind.
