Introducing a booking fee to support every sit

We’re making lots of improvements to the Trusted Housesitter platform. I recently shared a list of improvements here which are arriving this month.

Yes. The Booking Fee will automatically be refunded in full whenever a booking is cancelled, regardless of which party initiates the cancellation. Check out the policy here.

Good question. I’ve taken an extract from this article;

“All of our members except those on our Premium plan will start paying the booking fee after their next membership renewal. Any existing sits confirmed before renewal won’t include a booking fee.”
