We are long term users of the platform with many repeat sits, we are absolutely disgusted by the current actions of THS, trying to contact them is extremely difficult, having to accept T&C without the ability to read first, the countless App problems like not being able go see the dates and apply or seeing the correct location on the map. This new fee scheme is basically just doubling their takings which at a guess is in excess of 50 million pounds easily annually, and for what? They provide very little….
So it’s now off auto renewal and THS will be all but a distant memory,
I have a pet hate. ( pun intended ) for greedy corporate companies, will look for alternatives.
