That’s not automatically true. Depends on location and the quality of sit that a potential host offers. Some are struggling to find sitters, much less good ones.

I think it depends on how popular your area is. If it is a huge tourist destination, you will always find sitters. If it is a bit harder to get to, or less well known, you might not attract as much interest. With the booking fees now, a lot of sitters have become more picky, including me.

A lot of sitters now don’t do short sits since the booking fee, and some have moved on to other, free groups Same complaints in the Facebook group.

I noticed that under dog sitting duties, you mention the pups need at least two 30 min walks but the responsibilities section includes a minimum of 2 hours of walking per day. Clarifying the walk requirements might help as some potential applicants may have hesitations about the commitment
