No I don’t think it should be 24/7, just a quick check everywhere before the HO returns, BUT I didn’t realise the pee’ing side of it wasn’t disclosed until just before, so that’s totally different, I think it’s out of order and deserves 5* all round and a huge pat on the back

That’s totally different then, that should have been disclosed and she should have appreciated the lengths you went to with cleaning and everything else and she should have shown her appreciation in her scoring. Well done for the effort you put in, she’s out of order.
