I think it may simply be that most sitters are already booked for Christmas. And your property is quite isolated. Maybe stress how picturesque Broadway is and how close rather than stressing the isolation and no taxis.

You are all so helpful but I canāt see how to cancel my current dates and start again. I can alter dates but in the calendar 30 & 31 December donāt show?
