Yeah that’s not what is happening, as many of our posts are highlighting. What’s actually happening is HOs are mysteriously docking one star without explaining it, usually in the clean and tidy category, and possibly with four stars still being a great review in their mind. Then other HOs are seeing it and discounting the sitter altogether. I’m telling you I’m getting asked “if I clean” despite 10+ all 5 ratings.
