have discovered things on calls to homeowners that weren’t in the listings or in my questions that made me realize the sit wouldn’t work for me.

This has also been our experience on a couple of occasions. The video call revealed a deal breaker ( or several ) that hadn’t come up in the listing or on our comms before the video call .
