Yes. That’s a new feature. Hosts can choose any time from half an hour interval, in a 24 hour clock, which means they have 48 options for expected arrival and departure time for the sitter. There are plenty of ridiculous examples in the listings, some of them shown on this forum.
I have seen something like arrival from 5 to 5:30 am and departure from 22 to 22:30 pm.
