@systaran you can always duck over the ditch to NZ for a few days, it’s only a 3 hour flight, then your 90 clock resets!
Woman I confess I felt pangs seeing and watching your listing flourish. I have 3 sits right smack in the middle otherwise I would have mssg you, hit apply joyfully.
The lesson I have learned from this is to slow down even more and now I receive daily notifications of sits similar to yours, something I had not considered before (no I did not find a noise criteria 
).
Good things are those we feel are good, and those are worth waiting for.

A multiple entry visa is perfect for a sit such as yours.

Oh, that’s right! I forgot Oz isn’t like most of Europe where I can stay 90 days, but then have to leave for at least 90 days.
We’ve had success with lovely sitters confirmed tonight. They are not fazed by the construction noise next door or the impact of potential works in our building. Interestingly, they favourited our sit listing a few weeks ago and we favourited them at the time, after reading their profile!
