We are a caring, capable, trustworthy married couple. For the last two years we have had 25 wonderful 5-star sits on THS. We greatly appreciate the trust and friendship from all of our hosts and do our utmost to lovingly care for their pets and property as they would while they enjoy their travels.

We owned a home in Washington State, USA, for close to twenty years. During that time we rebuilt the house and raised several cats and one cherished dog, Maggie the Airedale. When we were able to retire, we sold the home and sailed our sailboat to Mexico. I am a dual Canadian/US citizen and both of us have Permanent Resident status in Mexico.

Tom is a retired Union electrician and I am a retired professional engineer. We love animals and traveling and joined TH to put those two interests together. We don’t have a permanent home or car and have the resources to travel to a homeowner’s location.

I enjoy gardening, studying Spanish, fishing, and learning new things. Tom loves communication and connection with people and animals, fixing things, and playing chess. We missed having pets on our sailboat and love living with and taking great care of homeowner’s pets.

We are excited and proud to be part of this community of homeowners and sitters. We welcome new relationships with dogs, cats, and other pets, and the people who love them. We hope to be active members on this forum and in this community.
