Fred and Beth Bament. We are half way through out 10 year plan of being global nomads - though the last two years we were locked in Australia (home) due to COVID. Eight months ago sold our expensive waterfront Sunshine Coast apartment to travel again. We probably average 1/2 the time on THS sits and the other half in hotels, AirBnBs, family and friends.
We generally aim for sits of one month or longer to get a good feeling for a place, but will take shorter sits in a lovely area. We are on our last Far North Queensland sit and in April 2020 start a seven month sit in Coffs Harbour in northern NSW.
