I am married, have two dogs and a lovely home in northern Crete, about ten km from the beach.There is an acute shortage of kennels and no catteries on the island and we have been referred to THS by a friend. Both our dogs are rescues,Scrappy from the UK aged 12 and Lucy aged 3 from Crete. Love walking them through the olive groves and local roads, they both sit quietly at tavernas etc. At home they like to be in the garden or out on the terrace.Our village has about 100 residents, plus a few holiday homes. I love to sew and cross stitch (https://www.crossstitchtheworld.co.uk),also knit in the winter - it gets too hot in summer!
