Hello,
I am a River Cruise Director on European rivers and have travelled many countries in this world. During winter season, I trained local tour guides on the Silk Road countries and on the Grand Trans-Siberian Express. In the last 33 years, I moved 13 times from country to country and worked all over the place.

You can guess, I am not a teenager anymore, but a mature woman, who is ending her career in tourism and service within the next 2-3 years.

I decided to start travelling in my own way again: meeting people, feeling the community and finding my “place under the sun”. I am an enthusiastic pet lover, especially dogs and cats. Even though I haven’t done a house sitting via THS, I know about dogs and am a host in my own place. I had and still have two rescue dogs, who remain with my ex-husband. I even have one chicken in my garden, who flew in and decided to stay forever…

My hobbies are yoga, dancing, hiking and walking, and being Dutch I love o bike. I am a proud multi-lingual person (5) and happy to assist with teaching or helping out on language skills or even yoga moves.

I look forward to starting this adventure from January 2023 onwards.
