So here we are, talking about myself…oh joy!
My husband Joe and I retired 4 years ago and moved from the midwest way out here to the PNW- we are just about as far north as you can get before falling into the water between Washington and Canada. We had no friends, no family but discovered the Olympic Peninsula and specifically Sequim on a vacation. Our desire in retirement is to travel and to also enjoy our hobbies in between trips. We divide our travel between grand adventures like Europe and closer to home discoveries of this beautiful area. Plus we take a trip or two to visit folks we left back east! Our 16 year old cat Jake has been part of this move and adapted quite well, even enduring the 4 day car trip to get here. Now, fast forward 4 years, our son and daughter-in-law live near us and our daughter with hubby and kids live in Italy for now. Thats it; thats us in a nutshell!
