My husband and I live with our young Cocker Spaniel on the edge of the lake district. He is retired ( my husband not the spaniel) I work part time in a little coffee shop. I am Scottish and moved to Cumbria nearly twenty years ago. I met my husband a year later and never looked back. He was a fitter in a nuclear plant and I was a manager in hospitality. We like to holiday a couple of times a year, usually a cruise. Our home is very modest with a little garden to the rear and a drive on the front. I love my gardening and hubby helps out when required. He does most of the walking with our little man. Our life pretty much revolves around him. It would be amazing to go away knowing that he was being taken care of in his own home.
