Hello! I’m a late-40’s clinical nutritionist, entrepreneur, and researcher. I currently work remotely, usually “at home” in whatever location I am in (most often metro Atlanta). My passion is pregnancy health, which I will talk people’s ears off about if you let me.

I love hiking, kayaking, reading, board games, and personal development. I do like to get out of the house every day if I can, including doing things like going to Meetups wherever I happen to be staying.

I am health and environmentally-conscious. I reduce-reuse-recycle and use environmentally-friendly products whenever I can.

I love meeting people and learning about lifestyles and cultures different from my own. English is my native language. I speak some French and Spanish, and look forward to learning more.
