My husband, Hal and I (Chris) are early retired from high tech and enjoying life now here in Southern Portugal. Our fur babies are Siena and Canela. We love them to pieces. They are both Terriers (~5.6kg each) and have very distinct personalities. Terriers as a breed are very people friendly and like to be included in family activities. Canela in particular enjoys running with the bigger dogs on the beach in the offseason. Like many dogs they both do enjoy their sleep time too and are fairly routine driven (to the point of being comical at times). For instance notifying us when it is time for their dinner.

We are excited for what 2023 and beyonds brings in terms of travel etc. for us. Like everyone else, we hope to really enjoy a post COVID world sooner than later.
