Hi! We’re a mother-daughter team (Nancy is the Mom, Lisa is the daughter) who love animals, plants, nature and travel. From dogs and cats to horses and chickens, we have had all kinds of animals as part of our family, and cared for others as well.

Currently, we travel full time on our Love Your Parks Tour on a quest to visit, document, map, and share the stories of all of America’s parks and public spaces, and their local communities. Pet and house sitting is our downtime from the road and when we do our production work. We enjoy every second of playing and caring for pets, houseplants and gardens, and we’re making some awesome new friends doing it too.

We run two digital magazines and an online radio show, and are slow travelers who love to learn more about the communities we visit especially the history and culture, nature and outdoor opportunities, music and art scenes.

Nomadic in spirit, we have traveled extensively and lived in various places in the USA, as well as in Kenya, South Africa, England, and Mexico.
