We love dogs, cats and animals in general, but it’s difficult for us to have a pet currently, because we travel quite a bit. So when we are around friend’s pets, we take advantage of that time to love on them, play with them, care for them, and just have fun.
We have visited nearly every U.S. state but especially love visiting New Orleans, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta, Dallas, and Denver. I have traveled to Mexico (Cozumel, Playa del Carmen), Colombia (Cartagena, Bogota), Puerto Rico, and Canada (Vancouver and Toronto). We are city people by nature–I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, so I also love and appreciate nature and natural beauty. My husband was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Professionally, I am an Associate Professor of Political Science on a Visiting Professor appointment at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. My husband works from home as a freelance audio/visual tech. I’m a foodie, wanderer, cook, lover of laugher, architecture, art, music, film, and travel. My husband is really into graphic design, editing, photography, and music.
