Husband and I are retired, ready to travel. We have a wonderful “pup”, Roscoe, who is kind, playful and loves to sleep.
He can get exhuberant around strangers but will settle with a leash and treats. He loves shoes, drinking dirty water and “rescuing” people who are in the pool. He takes this job very seriously!
Our llama, Tina, is very low maintenance, she just requires hay. As she is elderly, we do have plans should she pass.
Our home is a 1960s rancher with neighbors on both sides and a large field with friendly horses behind us. We are in an agricultural area so a car is necessary and hope you can provide your own.
The nearest town is Brentwood of Northern California, not the Brentwood of OJ Simpsom fame. It is a wonderful town with restaurants, wineries and, depending on the season, concerts.
