“Hi! I was born and raised in Cartagena, Colombia. Son to the best parents anyone could ask for. So glad I had the upbringing that I had. My father was already a hotel GM with Hilton when I was born so we moved around a lot. Left Colombia for Canada when I was 2 years old, so my first language is English, but I am fully bilingual (Spanish). Dad taught me how to be a consummate professional at anything I do. Mom taught me how to lead by example.
I have one golden rule of life- treat EVERYONE how you would like to be treated yourself, simple. Kindness, compassion, ethics and professionalism are some of the qualities I value the most. I love to travel, meet people and make new friends, I’m a people person, as they say. Had a career in hospitality my whole life, until COVID. Now I work remotely as a Tax Incentives Advisor helping business owners claim their Tax Credits from the IRS. A bit of a handyman, love the beach and the outdoors. Love to travel, love dogs, nature and animals in general. A trained Chef (Associates Degree in Culinary Arts), scuba diver, love a good book!
