I am catsitting 2 cats at the moment. They are most of the time outdoor and I noticed they have fleas. Can you recommend me some products and tell me how to treat them and also the furniture etc. I don’t want to take them home and I don’t have experience with fleas.

@Wiki First Ask the owners ( if they are uncontactable - contact their vet ) before treating their pets with any products .
They may have a preferred treatment and may already have it in the home .

Which country is the sit ? There will be different products available depending on your location.
You could also consult the THS vet line for advise.
You can ask the owner to order a suitable product from Amazon and get it delivered .

This is a disturbing situation for you and has been discussed a lot on the forum.
If you put ‘fleas’ into the search field you’ll find several discussions which may help you but, as suggested, your first port of call should be the owners, although it doesn’t sound like they’re being too helpful.

i sure hope they are paying for the treatment of their cats? I would have gotten the info on the tratment incl. price and asked them for a “go” and info on how they want to reimburse you. Maybe they have already. Hope so.
