Try using your pic of the hot tub with fab view as your first image. It looks like a wonderful sit and I’d be very surprised if you don’t get more applications.

Please dont feel awkward inviting sitters. We two intrepid sitters love getting invites. We cant always accept but i always add a…"please ask again. : and they often do.

To clarify, when you “invite” sitters, you are “inviting them to apply.” You are NOT inviting them to sit.
The best invitations actually demonstrate that the Owner has read my profile. So I would not be surprised at all if they had a specific question related to my profile.
I don’t think that Sitters would be offended if they received an invitation which states “I think you would be a good fit, but my XX pet does not get along with other XX pets, so please apply only if you are able to come without XX pets.” No problem. This should also be clear in your listing.

We’ve actually done a couple of sits for people who are themselves travelling to sit for others, so this does happen!
