we left it very clear in the interview. Your opinion is valid, but our expectations too, even if you don’t approve it. We need someone in the afternoons, not in the morning. She should have told us she wouldn’t be there for when we need her. A dog needs to be walked every 2 hours; we need someone at home from 3 pm till 9 pm, not necessarily need to be there the whole time straight but at least show up. After that, she could have done whatever she wanted.

You never had a dog yet you made it clear in the interview that the dog needs to be walked every 2 hours.
