As a HO I prefer (almost) no social media presence over an extensive one. 
My home is my private space and I don’t want to find pictures of it on the internet (without my approval).
If you had a social media profile and I would see pictures of you enjoying the company of animals, that might be a plus. But to be honest, I don’t go looking for a social media profile that is not linked to your THS profile.
