I think it would be a great idea to have a place in the Welcome Guide for handover (I corrected this from “handy” 
) information to be clearly noted. (For HOs who use the WG…)

I like having this communication via my Inbox with the home owner. I can refer back to it at any time.
I actually think this might be a bug with the THS platform.
When I first signed up, I noticed the map on my ad showed that I was in South Chicago, which is not a safe area. I can’t quite recall how I adjusted it, but I managed to get it to the correct location. I still see that most Chicago listings are grouped in that same area which is very deceiving.
Would @Ben-ProductManager be the correct person to tag on this?
