The pet parent agrees to provide a clean environment as per our Code of Conduct, which states, ‘I will create a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for my sitter.’ They said that since I provided evidence that this was not the case, they have discussed this with the pet parent.
They also responded that they do not expect sitters to stay in an unsafe environment but encourage them to communicate with the owner to improve the conditions for future sits.
They assured me that no action was being taken against me and my account and that they addressed the issue with the pet parent, who will ensure a clean and comfortable environment for future sitters.
