It comes across in your listing that you have put careful thought about the mutual exchange and what your sit offers the sitter.
The first photo needs to capture the sitters attention . I suggest that make the photo of your deck and yard your first photo as that makes you stand out from other listings .
You say that your dogs don’t require walking during the sit - which is unusual and may raise questions in a sitters mind ( is it because they have health conditions? Are aggressive to other dogs or people ? ) so it would be best to provide an explanation in your listing .
If the sitter does want to walk the dogs (as that is an aspect of sitting that some sitters enjoy most ) - would that be possible ? where would the dogs be walked ?
Detailed information about how much the dogs are fed ( x cups ) doesn’t need to be in your listing - this information can go into your welcome guide - which if you haven’t already done so you should start preparing now in readiness for your sitter .

Never heard of dry land sledding. Just looked it up and looks like a lot of fun for both humans and canines. Lovely home and doggies. My question in my head when I read your profile which I think is written very well is how can the pups be left alone for 6 hours when you say you let them out every few hours? I would not want to come home to an accident. You also have a couple of reviews and it looks like they are from THS but say you are new here. I would put in your profile about dry sledding. You only want a woman sitter but the dogs also live with a man it appears as you say we and there is the picture of the both of you. As a woman sitter I would think your dogs are aggressive because of the walking statement and would pass with three big dogs alone. If you explain they are use to pulling because of the sport and are really love bugs, I would feel more comfortable in applying if looking for a sit in that area.

Some great advice given already by others, you’ve got a lovely profile.
Just a little tip, take “/W” out of your title, I think you are incorrectly presuming sitters are young and like “text speak”.
The reality is, there are an enormous range of sitter ages on here. I am guessing there are less under 30’s in comparison to the other age group, I presume because the membership amount deters them more.
By putting “/W” some sitters may feel they simply won’t connect well with you (because we all sit for people we like), or others may think you are lazy and couldn’t be bothered to complete your profile properly so what chance is there of you completing your Welcome Guide correctly etc, so they don’t click through to read more, when in reality, it’s the total opposite, you have definitely put effort into your profile, I can see that. Others have gave amazing tips, but you still have a great start to a really fantastic profile.
Forgot to mention, all our dogs are crate trained minus the mini schnauzer who sleeps on the couch during the day and wanders the house!

I’ve fixed the “w” and spelled things out properly. I definitely don’t want to give off not put together vibes. I’ve finished my welcome package for when someone applies!
I’ve also included a photo of the dogs from this past winter season. I’ve edited my description to explain they are very people and dog friendly so prospective sitters are informed! I’ve also included that we are open families to stay since the house is multi-level with two rooms.

Try as I might, I couldn’t see any responsibilities listed for the bearded dragon.
May have looked at a different one. Just went to the same area mentioned and saw three dogs, no walking, only let out in backyard and two reviews, profile picture of couple that looks in their 20’s.
